Chris Falcon-Founder


Chris Falcon NASM CPT, PES, CES, YES, GFS

Chris Falcon is founder and president of Reactive Performance Enhancement Center. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist,Youth Exercise Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist. He is also a Certified Reiki Healing practitioner, and Certified Sexuality Educator through Planned Parenthood.

Chris was one of the first trainers on the North Shore of Chicago to start an exercise program for kids between the ages of 6 & 10 years old, and has developed a cardiovascular training program for one of the nations top health clubs. Chris has had great success working with individuals from many different walks of life. He regularly works with young athletes and professional athletes, but it has been his experience working with post-surgery, Parkinson’s Disease, and cancer patients that has made him ultra-sensitive to the needs and concerns of his clients.

Chris has been featured on WGN News several times discussing topics like the dangers of Anabolic Steroids in youth, healthy holiday eating tips and in-home exercise techniques for beginners. Chris also did a several week long progressive training program in conjunction with WGN News and the American Lung Association, where he designed a training program for participants of the 2009 Presidential Towers Stair Climb. His exercises were featured on WGN's website leading up to the event.

Most recently Chris published a children's book called "Billy Blue and the Big Belly", and he developed and trademarked a method of eating called The Multi-Mode Method of Eating.  Chris is also a Contributing Columnist for The Glenview Lantern, a contributing expert for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a content contributor for Sunwarrior Superfoods and Supplements, and 25hours.org.

John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Education and a concentration in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. John has participated in a variety of sports as well as playing high school and college baseball as well as ten years of weight training. John has coached baseball at the high school level for eight years and has worked with thousands of children in the Chicagoland area in the fields of sports and fitness. John incorporates Functional Core Training, Circuit Training, Weight Loss, and Bodybuilding into his workouts. John is a great trainer for athletes of all ages as well as people looking to improve their overall fitness levels. John includes S.M.A.R.T. goals and technology into his training sessions regularly.

Tom graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Exercise Physiology in 2003. He has been involved in the fitness/wellness field for over 5 years. His vast array of work experiences include working as a physical therapist aide, a sports performance assistant, and wellness center coordinator at a senior living facility. Tom is especially fond of working with athletes (specifically golfers) who wish to improve performance and reduce the chance of injury.
