Speed it Up with justin!

The Speed It Up group training program focuses on introducing young athletes to the fundamentals of speed, agility, quickness, and dynamic core strengthening!


6-10 years old(limit 6)

It is very important that a young child's first experience with exercise be a positive one, and that is why the Speed It Up program for 6-10 year olds is based on having fun! Tues & Thurs @ 4pm


11-14 Years old(limit 6)

The most important goal of performance enhancement is injury prevention. This program will focus on the fundamentals of speed, agility, and quickness, in addition to introducing proper resistance training form and technique. Thurs @5pm & Sat @ 12pm
