Our Youth Exercise Program
is based on providing young adults with a positive, safe, and fun introduction to the world of fitness. With a foundation based on self-empowerment and self-awareness, children can develop a healthy relationship with exercise that will lead them into adulthood.

Each session includes:
- Conventional warm-up
- Dynamic warm-up techniques
- Dynamic stretching
- Introduction to core training
- Introduction to speed and agility training
- Introduction to body weight resistance training and body awareness
- Proper cool down techniques
