R(web enhancement)PROGRAM
This is the perfect program for motivated guests who are either short on time, or looking for new material. This four week program starts with a consultation and Fitness Evaluation Screening. Guests will then have a custom strength training program designed and emailed to them complete with pictures of the exercises. At the end of the four weeks guests will then complete another Fitness Evaluation Screening. Programs starting at $149
CARDIO CIRCUIT TRAINING
Cardio Circuit Training is a one hour high intensity small group training session,designed to strengthen and tone the entire body while introducing the fundamentals of core training. This small group training hour is limited to 15 guests, so you must call and reserve your space as soon as possible. Sat 7am. $20ea
YOUTH SPORTS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
Improving the "Playing Speed" of an athlete is one of the greatest concerns in sports today. Incorporating proper balance,stabilization,strength, and power training provides an optimal foundation for athletes to achieve enhanced performance. Professional guidance,supervision, and instruction can play a huge role in the success of the young athlete,and the safety of our youth. TRAIN LIKE A BOXER! (ages 10 and up)
Boxing is valued as one of the best full body workouts around for both men and women. Guests can expect to learn the fundamentals of boxing, while refining and perfecting punch combinations. Each 1 hour lesson includes:
-Introduction to proper training techniques
-Speed, Agility, and Quickness training
-Intense sport specific core training
-Heavy Bag and focus mitt work

Chris Falcon
B.S. Exercise Physiology, NSCA-C.S.C.S., Titleist Golf Performance Instructor, Nike Sparq Trainers Network. Tom graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Exercise Physiology in 2003. He has been involved in the fitness/wellness field for over 5 years. His vast array of work experiences include working as a physical therapist aide, a sports performance assistant, and wellness center coordinator at a senior living facility. Tom is especially fond of working with athletes (specifically golfers) who wish to improve performance and reduce the chance of injury.
B.S. Exercise Science, NSCA-CPT. Allen has been passionate about fitness since the day he stepped into his high school weight room. He has been a competitive grappler for the last 10 years taking part in wrestling as well as brazilian jiu jitsu contests. Allen specializes in the use of functional movement analysis to help improve performance, as well as weight loss and youth performance enhancement. With his great attitude and high energy level, Allen would make a great trainer for anyone just entering the world of health and fitness as well as competitive athletes looking to take their training to the next level.
NASM-CPT,PES,CES. Founder and President of Reactive Performance Enhancement Center INC. has been changing lives in the world of health, fitness and wellness for more than 8 years. With more than 12 years of competitive sports under his belt including football,wrestling,and track,Chris is able to integrate all that he has learned on and off the field of competition into his training. He studied philosophy at the University of Illinois, and uses this as well as his 5 years of yoga experience to help bring a sense of balance to his already intense workout sessions. Chris was one of the first trainers on the North Shore of Chicago to start an exercise program for kids between the ages of 6 & 10 years old, and has developed a cardiovascular training program for one of the North Shores top health clubs. Chris is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer,Performance Enhancement Specialist,and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He is also a certified Reiki Healing practitioner,and a Cardiovascular Training Specialist.

NASM-CPT, NASM-PES. Basia's systematic approach to training and experience in creating balanced healthy lifestyles makes her a great trainer for everyday people looking to accomplish extraordinary things. Basia combines cutting edge training techniques with organized and highly thought out program designs to assist her clients in making a healthy lifestyle change. Basia specializes in corrective exercise, core conditioning, weight loss, and healthy lifestyle management.
B.S. Physical Education NASPE. John's background in Physical Education and Health makes him a great trainer for people of all ages. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a minor in Health Education and a concentration in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. John has participated in a variety of sports as well as playing high school and college baseball as well as ten years of weight training. John has coached baseball at the high school level for eight years and has worked with thousands of children in the Chicagoland area in the fields of sports and fitness. John incorporates Functional Core Training, Circuit Training, Weight Loss, and Bodybuilding into his workouts. John is a great trainer for athletes of all ages as well as people looking to improve their overall fitness levels. John includes S.M.A.R.T. goals and technology into his training sessions regularly.
